Terry has over fifteen years of experience as a consultant leading process change and setting benchmarks for a wide range of industries. Prior to his consulting career, he served as an operations manager for FedEx. Terry utilizes his ability to dialogue at all levels of an organization, to implement change and realize identified cost savings.
Terry has extensive experience in process re-engineering, roles and responsibilities alignment, KPI development and Management Operating System (MOS) deployment. He brings a productivity focus to the entire organization which drives improvement in bottom-line performance. Terry has led companies through dramatic turnaround, taking operations from a loss position to significant profitability, without the need for additional capital investment.

Terry holds a B.B.A. Degree from the University of Toledo in Operations Management.
